Crazy Rich Asians, the first Hollywood film with an all-Asian cast in 25 years earned $34 million, also making it the first rom-com in three years to open to over $20 million. Meanwhile the other two new releases this week, Mile 22 and Alpha didn’t fare nearly as well. Mission: Impossible – Fallout is still in the top five. And somehow Slender Man is still in the top 10 this week. Yeesh.
